新型充填胶凝材料影响因素分析及配比优化 被引量:13

摘要 为解决山东某金矿充填成本高、早期强度低、二步骤回采时充填体早期强度要求高等问题,将该金矿全尾砂作为充填骨料,以水泥、石膏、生石灰和矿渣为胶结剂制备充填料浆。在分析材料物化特性的基础上,开展3因素5水平正交试验,借助Design expert软件分析充填体早期强度影响因素的敏感性排序。试验结果表明:影响充填体强度最显著性因素为水泥掺量,在龄期为3d和14d时,石膏对充填体强度的敏感性大于生石灰;龄期为7d时,生石灰对充填体强度影响高于石膏。通过方差分析及回归优化,获得新型充填胶凝材料最优配比为石膏∶水泥∶生石灰∶矿渣=1.5∶50∶40∶8.5,充填体3d、7d、14d强度可达0.84MPa、2.46MPa、2.6MPa,可满足该金矿开采的要求。 In order to solve the problems of high filling cost,low early strength and high early strength requirement of backfill in the second step mining of a gold mine in Shandong,the full tailings of this mine were used as the filling aggregate,and the filling slurry was prepared with cement,gypsum,quicklime and slag as the cementing agents.Based on the analysis of the physical and chemical characteristics of the material,the orthogonal test with 3factors and 5levels was carried out,and the sensitivity ranking of the influencing factors of the early strength of the backfill was analyzed by Design Expert software.The test results show that cement content is the most significant factor affecting the strength of backfill.The sensitivity of gypsum to the strength of backfill is greater than that of quicklime when the age is 3days and 14days.When the curing age is 7days,the effect of quicklime on the strength of backfill is higher than that of gypsum.Through variance analysis and regression optimization,the optimal proportion of the new filling cementing material is gypsum∶cement∶quicklime∶slag=1.5∶50∶40∶8.5,and the strength of the backfill can reach 0.84MPa,2.46MPa and 2.6MPa in 3days,7days and 14days,which can meet the requirements of the gold mining.
