摘要
为了解决保德煤矿井下定向钻孔抽采瓦斯浓度低、抽采有效期短的问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测相结合的方法,优化保德矿定向钻孔抽采负压。结果表明:保德矿81310回风区域定向钻孔在抽采负压为13kPa时,抽采期内瓦斯浓度平均达到88%,抽采瓦斯纯量平均为2.48 m^(3)/min,抽采效果最佳。
In order to solve the problems of low gas concentration and short effective period of gas extraction in directional drilling in the underground of Baode coal mine,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement were combined to optimize the negative pressure of gas extraction in directional drilling.The results show that,when the negative pressure of gas extraction is 13kPa in the directional drilling of the 81310return air area of Baode coal mine,the average gas concentration in the gas extraction period reaches 88%,and the average gas purity is 2.48m^(3)/min,with the optimal effect of gas extraction.
