壳聚糖治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎的疗效分析

Effect analysis of chitosan on chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth

目的探究乳牙慢性根尖周炎采取壳聚糖治疗的临床疗效。方法188例乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿,依据数字随机法分为观察组与对照组,各94例。观察组采取双氧水和生物多糖抗菌含漱溶胶液治疗,对照组使用双氧水和生理盐水对根管进行交替冲洗。对比两组患儿治疗后及治疗后6个月临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为94.68%高于对照组的80.85%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组治疗总有效率为96.81%高于对照组的92.55%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在乳牙慢性根尖周炎治疗中采取壳聚糖配合双氧水进行根管冲洗,有助于提升治疗效果,促进患儿病情康复,防止复发,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of chitosan on chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth.Methods A total of 188 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 94 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with hydrogen peroxide and biopolysaccharide antibacterial gargle solution,and the control group was alternately washed with hydrogen peroxide and normal saline.The clinical efficacy after treatment and 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 94.68%,which was higher than 80.85%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 96.81%,which was higher than 92.55%of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth,chitosan and hydrogen peroxide for root canal irrigation can help improve the treatment effect,promote the recovery of the patient*s condition,and prevent recurrence.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
