产后乳房按摩对乳汁分泌及母乳喂养的影响分析

Effects of postpartum breast massage on milk secretion and breastfeeding

目的分析乳房按摩对产妇乳汁分泌和母乳喂养情况的影响。方法600例产妇作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组300例。对照组产妇接受常规产后护理,观察组产妇在对照组基础上接受乳房按摩干预。比较两组产妇产后泌乳量、母乳喂养情况、护理满意度。结果观察组产妇产后24、48、72、96 h泌乳量均明显多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组母乳喂养情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为93.33%(280/300),明显高于对照组的80.00%(240/300),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后乳房按摩可有效促进产妇产后乳汁分泌,对于改善产妇产后母乳喂养情况、提高产妇护理满意率效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of postpartum breast massage on milk secretion and breastfeeding.Methods A total of 600 maternal women as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 300 cases in each group.The control group received conventional postpartum nursing,and the observation group received postpartum breast massage based on the control group.The postpartum lactation,breastfeeding status,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The lactation in postpartum 24,48,72 and 96 h of the observation group was obviously more than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The breastfeeding status of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%(280/300),which was obviously higher than 80.00%(240/300)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum breast massage can effectively promote postpartum lactation,improve the postpartum breastfeeding and improve the satisfaction rate of maternal care,which is worthy of popularization and application.
