观察尿常规中阴道分泌物对检验结果的影响及控制措施

Observation on the influence of vaginal secretion in urine routine test on the test results and control measures

目的探索尿常规中阴道分泌物对检验结果的影响及控制措施。方法80例尿常规检查患者,根据清洁的方法不同分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规清洁,观察组采取药物清洁。对比两组清洁度、相关细胞检出率。结果观察组清洁率92.5%高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者白细胞、红细胞、蛋白质、上皮细胞检出率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道分泌物对尿常规检查结果会产生影响,所以在收集标本时,要做好清洁,提升标本质量,降低对结果的影响。

Objective To discuss the influence of vaginal secretion in urine routine test on the test results and control measures.Methods A total of 80 patients with urine routine test were divided into observation group and control group according to different cleaning methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional cleaning,and the observation group received medication cleaning.The cleanliness and detection rate of related cells were compared between the two groups.Results The cleanliness rate 92.5%of the observation group was higher than 75.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of white blood cell,red blood cell,protein and epithelial cell of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal secretion will have an impact on the results of urine routine tests,so in the collection of specimens,we should do a good job in cleaning,to improve the quality of specimens and reduce the impact on the results.
