治理机制、网络嵌入对平台企业开放式服务创新绩效的影响

Research on the Influence of Governance Mechanism and Network Embedding on the Performance of Open Service Innovation of Platform Enterprises

在互联网时代企业创新转型背景下,聚焦治理机制和网络嵌入对于平台企业开放式服务创新的作用机制构建理论模型。基于问卷调查结果,采用回归分析对研究假设进行实证检验。结果发现,治理机制和开放式服务创新绩效之间有着倒U型关系;不同类型网络嵌入模式与治理机制对开放式服务创新绩效有着不一样的交互作用。最后,得出管理启示:强化平台需求导向,合理划分平台责任边界;科学把控平台治理力度,保持合理网络嵌入强度;多方主体参与协同治理,不断调整平台治理方式。

Under the background of innovation transformation of enterprises in the Internet era,this paper constructs a theoretical model focusing on the mechanism of governance mechanism and network embedding on open service innovation performance of platform enterprises.Based on the results obtained from the questionnaire survey,the research hypothesis was empirically tested by regression analysis.The results show that there is an inverted u-shaped relationship between the governance mechanism and the performance of open service innovation.Different types of network embedding patterns and governance mechanisms have different interaction effects on the performance of open service innovation.Finally,management enlightenment is obtained:strengthen platform demand orientation and reasonably divide platform responsibility boundary;Scientific control platform governance and maintain a reasonable network embedding strength;Multi-subjects participation in collaborative governance and constantly adjust the platform governance model.
