摘要
为探讨应用型人才培养目标下卫生统计学教学改革实践效果。本研究选取本校2016级本科预防医学专业2个班,随机分为线上网络教学平台+线下翻转课堂教学组(试验组,n=45)和传统教学组(对照组,n=43),实践一学期,通过学习成绩、课堂教学、教学满意度等方面进行教学效果评价。结果显示试验组学生理论知识和实际操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组学生在教学模式满意、激发学习兴趣、师生互动交流、活跃课堂气氛及提高学习效果5个方面比较,试验组满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);而增强知识应用及培养数据分析能力无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明在本科"卫生统计学"教学中采用线上线下混合式教学模式,更有益于应用型人才培养。
To explore the practical effect of health statistics teaching reform under the goal of training applied talents.Two classes of the 2016 undergraduate preventive medicine major were selected and randomly divided into online interactive platform+offline flip classroom teaching group(the trial group,n=45)and traditional teaching group(the control group,n=43),the comparison and evaluation of teaching effects will be conducted through academic performance,classroom teaching effects,and teaching satisfaction after one semester.Comparing the scores of theoretical knowledge and actual operation,the trial group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the trial group was higher than that of the control group in terms of satisfaction with the teaching model,arousal of learning interest,the communication between teachers and students,active classroom atmosphere,and improvement of learning effect(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in enhancing knowledge application and training data analysis(P>0.05).The use of online and offline mixed teaching mode in Health Statistics is more beneficial to the training of applied talents.
