基于OBE理念的“中学生物教学设计”课程改革

Curriculum Reform of Middle School Biology Teaching Design Based on OBE Concept

OBE理念从教学目标出发,以学生知识和能力的提高作为首要目的,是一种新的教学理念。通过对生物科学(师范)专业实习生的实习情况进行调查,发现其在实习过程中存在着诸多问题,如对中学生物教材不熟悉、课堂教学策略的选择不恰当、难以应对课堂上的突发情况、不能很好地把握公开课和促进学生的全面发展等。基于此,对"中学生物教学设计"课程教学提出改革对策,如教师应多引导学生分析教学案例、组织学生多开展说课活动、充分利用微格教学、让学生多反思等,并制定了明确的课程三维目标,旨在通过多样化的教学方法手段和积极的师生互动,学生在教学实习前就能达到较高的教学水平。

The OBE concept is a new teaching concept starting from the teaching goal,with the improvement of students'knowledge and ability as the primary goal.Through the investigation of the internship situation of biological science(teacher)major interns,it was found that there were many problems in the internship process,such as unfamiliarity with middle school biology textbooks,inappropriate selection of classroom teaching strategies,and difficulty in coping with sudden emergencies in the classroom,the inability to grasp the open classes and promote the overall development of students.Based on this,the reform countermeasures for the curriculum teaching of"Middle School Biology Teaching Design"are proposed,such as teachers should guide students to analyze teaching cases,organize students to carry out more lecture activities,make full use of micro-teaching,and let students reflect more,and formulate clear The three-dimensional goal of the course aims to achieve a higher level of teaching before the teaching practice through diversified teaching methods and active teacher-student interaction.
