职业院校名师成长路径实践研究——以“C#程序设计”混合式课程改革为例

摘要 名师是教师队伍的领头雁,是教育教学改革的带头人,本文提出了打造"四横两纵一平台"。以内蒙古电子信息职业技术学院为例,重点阐释了"四横两纵一平台"中"校企合作"平台在专业建设、课程建设、人才培养等方面的作用,特别在课程建设中的作用。并以"C#程序设计"混合式课程改革为例,具体阐述了课程建设、课堂教学、课程资源等要素在职业院校名师成长中的作用。 Famous teachers are the leading geese in the teaching team and the leaders in the reform of education and teaching.This paper proposes to create"four horizontal,two vertical and one platform".Taking Inner Mongolia Institute of electronic information technology as an example,this paper focuses on the role of"school-enterprise cooperation"platform in specialty construction,curriculum construction and personnel training,especially in the course construction.Taking the"C#programming"mixed curriculum reform as an example,this paper expounds the role of curriculum construction,classroom teaching,curriculum resources and other elements in the growth of famous teachers in vocational colleges.
