师范专业应对教师资格证考试改革的策略研究——以南宁师范大学为例 被引量:2

摘要 教师资格证对从业者能不能进入教育行业具有决定性作用,因此探究教师资格证考试改革背景下未来师范专业应如何应对现在的教师资格考试改革就显得至关重要。通过自编的问卷,对200名南宁师范大学的师范专业学生做应对教师资格证考试改革的现状调查,分析发现存在着学生备考不充分、学生教学技能不强等现象。针对调查现状,提出师范生应加强理论知识的学习、提升自身的专业技能、加强心理素质;学校应开设相关选修课、尊重学生的自由选择、完善课程设置等应对教师资格证考试改革的对策。 Teacher qualification certificate plays a decisive role in whether practitioners can enter the education industry.Therefore,it is very important to explore how to deal with the current teacher qualification examination reform in the future under the background of teacher qualification examination reform.Through the self-made questionnaire,200 normal university students in Nanning Normal University were investigated on the current situation of the reform of teacher qualification examination.It was found that the students'preparation for the examination was insufficient and the students'teaching skills were not strong.According to the current situation of the investigation,this paper puts forward that normal students should strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge,improve their professional skills,and strengthen their psychological quality;schools should set up relevant elective courses,respect the students'free choice,and improve the curriculum to deal with the reform of teacher qualification examination.
