摘要
"护士人文修养"是一门提高护理专业学生人文修养的综合性课程,具有理论性、实用性等特征。传统的教学方式较注重学生学习人文知识,而线上线下混合式多元化的教学方法则能更好的帮助学生在学习知识的同时进一步形成人文关怀理念,提高人文素养特别是提升人文关怀能力,满足社会对高素质应用型护理人才的要求。
Humanistic cultivation of nurses is a comprehensive course to improve the humanistic cultivation of nursing students,with theoretical and practical characteristics.Traditional teaching methods pay more attention to students'learning humanistic knowledge,while online and offline mixed diversified teaching methods can better help students form the concept of humanistic care while learning knowledge,improve humanistic quality,especially the ability of humanistic care,and meet the social requirements for high-quality applied nursing talents.
