高校公体教学中体育保健课的教学现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of Sports Health Care Course in College Public Physical Education

近年来,随着我国教育机制的改革,高校的招生规模在不断扩大,学生的数量呈现出不断上涨的趋势。与此同时,越来越多的体弱病残的学生也有机会迈入高校大门,如何保障这部分同学能够接受公平的教育,促进学生身心健康发展,是高校体育管理部门的重点工作内容。本研究运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法,对高校公体教学中体育保健课的教学现状进行研究,旨在发现在教学过程中存在的问题,为推动高校体育保健课的课程体系建设提供有意义的思考。

In recent years,with the reform of China's education mechanism,the enrollment scale of colleges and universities is expanding,and the number of students presents a rising trend.At the same time,more and more frail and disabled students also have the opportunity to enter the university gate.How to ensure that these students can receive fair education and promote the healthy development of students'body and mind is the key work content of college sports management department.This study uses the methods of literature review and expert interview to study the current situation of physical education and health care course in public physical education in colleges and universities,in order to find out the problems in the teaching process,and provide meaningful thinking for promoting the construction of the curriculum system of sports health care course in colleges and universities.
