用腹部超声引导下人工流产术对早期妊娠女性进行人工流产的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of induced abortion in early pregnancy women by ab dominal ultrasound-guided abortion

目的:探讨用腹部超声引导下人工流产术对早期妊娠女性进行人工流产的临床效果。方法:选择2017年1月至2018年12月期间在我院接受腹部超声引导下人工流产术的246例早期妊娠女性作为研究对象。对这246例早期妊娠女性均进行腹部超声引导下人工流产术。然后,观察这246例早期妊娠女性进行手术的时间、术中的出血量、其中宫腔内刮出物中未见胎盘绒毛组织女性的占比、术后第2 d、第4 d、第14 d时宫腔内刮出物中未见胎盘绒毛组织女性血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)的水平、术后其阴道出血的发生率、术后对其进行腹部彩色多普勒超声检查的结果及其术后并发症的发生率。结果:这246例女性进行手术的时间为1~3 min,其术中的出血量为0~3 ml,其中宫腔内刮出物中未见胎盘绒毛组织的女性有3例(占1.22%)。这3例女性术后第2 d时其血清HCG的水平分别为816 IU/L、1123 IU/L、478 IU/L;术后第4 d时其血清HCG的水平分别为501 IU/L、749 IU/L、213 IU/L;术后第14 d时其血清HCG为阴性。术后,这246例女性阴道出血的发生率为70.73%。术后,对这246例患者进行腹部彩色多普勒超声检查的结果显示,其宫腔内未见妊娠囊,其宫腔轮廓清晰,其子宫肌层实质回声均匀,其双侧附件区和盆腔内均未见异常。这246例女性均未发生漏吸、吸刮不全、子宫穿孔等并发症。结论:用腹部超声引导下人工流产术对早期妊娠女性进行人工流产的临床效果确切。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of induced abortion guided by abdominal ultrasound in early pregnancy women.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,246 women with early pregnancy who received abdominal ultrasound-guided induced abortion in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.All the 246 early pregnancy women underwent abdominal ultrasound-guided induced abortion.Then,observe the surgery,246 cases of early pregnancy women of the time,intraoperative blood loss,in which intrauterine scraping content not seen in placental villi tissue proportion of the female,2 d,4 d,14 d after intrauterine scrape no placental villi tissue in the female people of serum human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)levels,the incidence of vaginal bleeding after operation,postoperative abdominal color doppler ultrasound to check the result and the incidence of postoperative complications.Results:The operation time of the 246 women was 1~3 min,and the intraoperative blood loss was 0~3 ml.There were 3 women(1.22%)with no placental villus tissue in the intrauterine curette.On the second day after surgery,the serum HCG levels of these three women were 816 IU/L,1123 IU/L and 478 IU/L,respectively.On the 4th day after surgery,the levels of serum HCG were 501 IU/L,749 IU/L and 213 IU/L,respectively.On the 14th day after surgery,the serum HCG was negative.The incidence of postoperative vaginal bleeding among the 246 women was 70.73%.Postoperative color Doppler ultrasonography of the abdomen of the 246 patients showed no pregnancy sac in the uterine cavity,clear contour of the uterine cavity,uniform echo in the myometrium parenchyma,and no abnormalities in bilateral adnexal areas and pelvic cavity.There were no complications such as aspiration leakage,aspiration curettage or uterine perforation in the 246 women.C onclusion:Abdominal ultrasound-guided induced abortion is effective in early pregnancy women.
