摘要
目的:探讨薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法在柴苓清肝丸质量控制中的应用价值。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别柴苓清肝丸中的丹皮酚、黄芪甲苷、黄芩苷、芍药苷,用高效液相色谱法测定柴苓清肝丸中丹皮酚的含量。结果:用薄层色谱法鉴别柴苓清肝丸中牡丹皮、黄芪、黄连、黄芩、赤芍的操作方法简便、稳定性好。用高效液相色谱法测得柴苓清肝丸中的丹皮酚在15~120μg/ml范围内的线性关系良好。本次实验的重复性良好。采用高效液相色谱法测得三个批次(批号分别为20170401、20170413、20170421)柴苓清肝丸中丹皮酚的含量分别为960μg/g、940μg/g、953μg/g(平均值为951μg/g),RSD值分别为1.1%、1.2%、1.8%。结论:将薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法应用于柴苓清肝丸质量控制中的效果较为理想。
Objective:To investigate the application value of TLC and HPLC in the quality control of Chailing Qinggan Pills.Methods:TLC was used to identify paeonol,astragaloside IV,baicalin and paeoniflorin in Chailingqinggan pills,and HPLC was used to determine the content of paeonol in Chailingqinggan pills.Results:TLC was a simple and stable method for the identification of peony bark,astragalus membranaceus,coptidis coptidis,scutellaria baicalensis and red peony root in Chailingqinggan pills.The linearity of paeonol in Chailingqinggan Pill was determined by HPLC in the range of 15-120μg/mL.The reproducibility of this experiment was good.The content of paeonol in three batches(batch numbers:20170401,20170413,20170421)of Chailingqinggan Pill was determined by HPLC as 960μg/g,940μg/g,953μg/g(mean value:951μg/g),with RSD of 1.1%,1.2%,1.8%,respectively.Conclusion:Thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography were used in the quality control of Chailing Qin ggan Pills.
