摘要
目的:探讨为进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的胆囊结石患者使用S100吸收性止血绫进行术中止血的效果。方法:选取2018年9月至2020年5月期间在海拉尔区人民医院进行LC的190例胆囊结石患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为对照组(95例)和观察组(95例)。术中为两组患者均进行电凝止血。在此基础上,为观察组患者使用S100吸收性止血绫进行止血。然后观察两组患者术后的腹腔引流量、术毕至拔除引流管的时间及术后住院的时间。结果:观察组患者术后的腹腔引流量少于对照组患者,其术毕至拔除引流管的时间及术后住院的时间均短于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:为进行LC的胆囊结石患者使用S100吸收性止血绫进行术中止血可减少其术后的腹腔引流量,促进其快速康复。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of S100 absorbent hemostasis in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)for hemostasis in patients with cholecystoliths.METHODS:A total of 190 patients with cholecystolithiasis undergoing LC in Hailar District People’s Hospital from September 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the subjects.These patients were randomly divided into control group(95 cases)and observation group(95 cases).Both groups were treated with electrocoagulation hemostasis during the operation.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with S100 absorbent hemostasis for hemostasis.The postoperative abdominal drainage volume,the time from operation to removal of the drainage tube and the postoperative hospitalization time of the two groups were observed.Results:The postoperative abdominal drainage volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the time from operation to drainage tube removal and the postoperative hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:For LC patients with cholecystolithiasis,the use of S100 absorptive hemostasis in intraoperative hemostasis can reduce the postoperative abdominal drainage and promote their rapid recovery.
