糜蛋白酶联合氨溴索治疗肺炎效果的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the efficacy of chymotrypsin combined with ambroxol in t he treatment of pneumonia

目的:用Meta分析法分析采用糜蛋白酶联合氨溴索治疗肺炎的临床效果。方法:用计算机在多个数据库中检索用糜蛋白酶联合氨溴索与单用氨溴索治疗肺炎的文献。采用Revman 5.0软件对提取的文献及其研究数据进行异质性、敏感性及偏倚分析。结果:共提取出10篇符合本次研究要求的文献,其中共包括761例患者。对这10篇文献中患者的治疗效果进行Meta分析的结果显示,与单用氨溴索治疗肺炎的效果相比,使用糜蛋白酶联合氨溴索治疗肺炎可提高患者的临床总有效率,缩短其住院的时间、肺部啰音消失的时间和气促症状改善的时间,P<0.05。结论:采用糜蛋白酶联合氨溴索治疗肺炎的效果优于单用氨溴索治疗该病的效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of chymotrypsin combined with ambroxol in the treatment of pneumonia by Meta analysis.Methods:The literatures of chymotrypsin combined with ambroxol and ambroxol alone in the treatment of pneumonia were searched by computer in multiple databases.RevMan 5.0 software was used to analyze the heterogeneity,sensitivity and bias of the extracted literatures and their research data.RESULTS:Totally 10 literatures were extracted that met the requirements of this study,including 761 patients.Of the 10 articles in the effect of the treatment of patients with Meta analysis results show that compared with ammonia bromine cable for the treatment of pneumonia alone,usi ng chymotrypsin joint ammonia bromine rope treatment of pneumonia can improve the patient’s clinical total effective rate,shorten their hospitalization time,lung’s disappearing time and the time of the symptoms improve,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of chymotrypsin combined with ambroxol in the treatment of pneumonia is better than that of ambroxol alone.
