联用自拟的益气活血汤和醒脑开窍针法对脑梗死患者进行早期康复治疗的效果分析

The effect analysis of early rehabilitation treatment for patients with cerebral infarction was made by using self-designed yiqi huoxue decoction and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method

目的:探讨联用自拟的益气活血汤和醒脑开窍针法对脑梗死患者进行早期康复治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年8月至2020年1月期间玉田县中医医院收治的50例脑梗死患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将这些患者分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。待两组患者的病情进入恢复期后,均采用常规方法对其进行早期康复治疗。在此基础上,联用自拟的益气活血汤和醒脑开窍针法对观察组患者进行治疗。治疗后,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定法(FMA)评估两组患者治疗的效果,并进行比较。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:联用自拟的益气活血汤和醒脑开窍针法对脑梗死患者进行早期康复治疗的效果较为理想,可有效地改善其神经功能及肢体的运动功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of combining self-made Yiqi Huoxue Decoction and Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture on early rehabilitation treatment of cerebral infarction patients.METHODS:A total of 50 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Yutian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects.These patients were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25)according to random number table method.After the condition of the two groups of patients entered the convalescence period,they were treated with conventional methods for early rehabilitation.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with self-designed Qiqihuoxue Decoction and Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture.After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function(FMA)were used to evaluate the efficacy of treatment between the two groups and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of the self-designed yiqi huoxue decoction and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture has an ideal effect on the early rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve their nerve function and limb motor function.
