妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清LXRα、SREBP-1c的表达和意义

Expressions and significance of serum LXRα and SREBP-1c in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清肝X受体α(LXRα)、胆固醇调节元件结合蛋白-1c(SREBP-1c)的表达水平和意义。方法选择2017年2月至2019年8月收治的80例妊娠期高血压疾病患者纳入研究,包括妊娠期高血压组31例、轻度子痫前期组25例、重度子痫前期24例,并选择同期接受产检的60例正常妊娠孕妇作为对照组。比较4组研究对象一般资料、血脂水平、血清LXRα、SREBP-1c蛋白的表达水平。结果 4组研究对象年龄、采血孕周、孕前体质指数(BMI)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着疾病严重程度的增加,患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、24 h尿蛋白含量、TC、TG、LDL-C水平逐渐升高,HDL-C水平逐渐降低(P<0.01),血清LXRα、SREBP-1c的水平也逐渐升高(P<0.01),组间两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,血清LXRα、SREBP-1c与TC、TG、LDL-C均呈正相关关系,与HDL-C呈负相关关系(P<0.01),且血清LXRα和SREBP-1c之间呈正相关关系(r=0.576,P<0.05)。结论 LXRα、SREBP-1c在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中呈明显高表达,且和疾病严重程度密切相关,两者可能是通过调控脂质代谢等途径,参与疾病的发生和发展。

Objective To study the expressions and significance of serum liver X receptorα(LXRα)and sterol regulatory element binding protein-1 c(SREBP-1 c)in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods Eighty patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy receiving treatment from February 2017 to August 2019 were selected,in whom there were 31 cases in pregnancy hypertension group,25 cases in mild preeclampsia group and 24 cases in severe preeclampsia group.At the same time,60 normal pregnant women were served as control group.The general information,blood lipid levels and serum LXRαand SREBP-1 c protein expression levels were compared among the four groups.Results There were no significant differences in age,gestational age and pre-pregnancy BMI among four groups(P>0.05).With the increase of disease severity,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),24-hour urine protein content,TC,TG,LDL-C and serum levels of LXRαand SREBP-1 c gradually increased,and HDL-C gradually decreased(P<0.01).There were statistical differences in pairwise comparison of the indicators among four groups(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum LXRαand SREBP-1 c levels were positively correlated with TC,TG and LDL-C and were negatively correlated with HDL-C(P<0.01),and there was a positive correlation between serum LXRαand SREBP-1 c(r=0.576,P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,LXRαand SREBP-1 c are highly expressed and closely related to the severity of the disease,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of the disease by regulating lipid metabolism.
