摘要
选择Sinumerik 840Dsl数控系统作为开发平台,以轧辊磨削作为研究对象,开发轧辊磨削系统软件。在Qt Creator跨平台的开发框架下进行GUI应用程序的开发,采用OPC UA通信技术实时获取数控机床信息,依靠MySQL数据库保存并管理得到的机床加工信息;设计全局变量,生成轧辊加工G代码程序,实现轧辊磨削加工。相较于传统软件开发方式,该方法具有开放性好、兼容性强等优点,有利于制造单元之间的互联互通,有效地解决了"信息孤岛"的问题,提高了加工效率。
The Sinumerik 840 Dsl CNC system was selected as the development platform and the roller grinding was taken as the research object, the roll grinding system was developed. In the Qt Creator cross-platform development framework, the GUI application was developed. The OPC UA communication technology was used to obtain the CNC machine information in real time. The machine processing information was saved and managed by using the MySQL database. The user global variables were designed, the roll processing G code program was generated, and the roll grinding was realized. Compared with traditional software development method, this method has the advantages of good openness and strong compatibility, which is conducive to the interconnection between manufacturing units.So the problem of "information island" is effectively solved, and the processing efficiency is improved.
