积极心理学对大学生价值观影响研究综述 被引量:1

摘要 积极心理学是一种通过激发调动人的积极情绪,进而使人形成对人生价值追求的正确态度及乐观向上的精神心态的心理学研究方向,对人的价值观形成发展具有重要影响。由于大学生的价值观正处于成长成型的重要时期,容易受到外部影响而发生改变。开展积极心理学教育有助于大学生形成乐观积极的良好心态,正确认识生活中遭遇的困境,找到正确的价值追求。
