会仙湿地春夏季优势植物根际土壤细菌群落特征研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究桂林会仙岩溶湿地春季和夏季不同优势植物根际土壤细菌群落特征,该文对春、夏两季中4种优势植物根际土壤及底泥的细菌16S rDNA基因V4+V5进行高通量测序并加以分析,结果表明:两季中共检出细菌有57门、78纲、146目、239科、452属和268种,其中以变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)和酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)为主要门类,γ-变形菌纲(Gammaproteobacteria)、δ-变形菌纲(Deltaproteobacteria)、厌氧绳菌纲(Anaerolineae)为主要纲类。春季植物根际土壤的细菌多样性低于夏季,从植物种类上看,春、夏季的芦苇相似性最高,苦草的差异性最大,其次是华克拉莎;与植物根际土壤菌种分布显著相关的环境因子有:水质温度、水质总氮(TN)、根际土壤TN、根际土壤总有机碳(TOC)、根际土壤Cu。对细菌多样性产生差异的主要环境因子有:水质温度、溶解氧、根际土壤TOC、根际土壤Mn。从植物根际土壤菌种多样性分析上看,多种植美人蕉对改善会仙湿地生物多样性有重要意义。 In order to study the characteristics of the bacterial community in the rhizosphere soil of different dominant plants in Guilin Huixian karst wetland in spring and summer,this study performed high-throughput sequencing of the bacterial 16 S rDNA gene V4+V5 in the rhizosphere soil and bottom mud of the four dominant plants in the two seasons.The analysis results show that 57 phyla,78 classes,146 orders,239 families,452 genera,and 268 species of bacteria were detected in the two seasons,the main phyla contained Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi and Acidobacteria,Gammaproteobacteria,Deltaproteobacteria and Anaerolineae are the main classes.Bacterial diversity in the rhizosphere soil of plants in spring is lower than in summer.From the perspective of plant species,in spring and summer,the similarity of reeds is the highest,and Vallisneria has the largest difference,followed by Cladium chinense.Environmental factors significantly related to the distribution of plant rhizosphere soil bacteria include temperature of water,total nitrogen of water,rhizosphere soil TN,rhizosphere soil total organic carbon,rhizosphere soil Cu.The main environmental factors that cause differences in bacterial diversity are temperature of water,dissolved oxygen,rhizosphere soil TOC,rhizosphere soil Mn.From the analysis of plant rhizosphere soil bacterial species diversity,planting more Canna is of great significance to improving the biodiversity of the wetland.
