摘要
以重庆沙坪坝老城区社区公园的规划建设为例,选取31个社区公园和临近的居住小区作为研究对象,通过最小路径测算及可视化分析,将步行可达性程度归为高中低3类,并利用地图分类叠加法,从可达性空间分布、路网条件、用地分布3个维度,总结老城区社区公园分布特征,梳理主要现存问题,提出老城区社区公园的布局优化策略,在有限用地范围内寻找可用地块以构建社区公园,如,合理改建条件优越的防护绿地;系统性规划周边零散绿地形成"口袋社区公园";构建山地景观步道串联居住区与公园等。以期在未来城市发展过程中,能为老城区城市环境品质提升与公园绿地公平有效配置提供思路与方向。
This paper takes the planning and construction of community parks in the old district of Shapingba in Chongqing as an example,selecting 31 community parks and nearby residential areas as research objects,through the minimum path calculation and visual analysis,the walking accessibility is classified into three categories:high,middle and low,and summed up the distribution characteristics of community parks in the old district from three dimensions by using map classification superposition:spatial distribution of accessibility,road network conditions and land use distribution,combed the existing main problems,put forward the layout optimization strategy of community parks in the old urban areas and searched for available plots within the limited land area to build a community park.For example,reasonable reconstruction of protective green space with special conditions;systematic planning of surrounding scattered green space to form"pocket community park";construction of mountain landscape trail connecting residential area and park,providing ideas and directions for the improvement of urban environmental quality of old district and the fair and effective allocation of green park space in urban development in the future.
