摘要
北京某文旅项目标段二全过程采用BIM技术进行深化设计,通过组建BIM深化团队建立BIM协同平台及制度,应用BIM技术进行复杂条件下机电管线安装方案模拟;应用BIM管线综合技术进行单体管线综合设计;应用3D扫描技术进行现场施工质量及准确度校核,大幅度提高了设计和施工效率,节省了工期及材料,保证声光电效果的实现。
BIM technology is used for in-depth design in the whole process of bid section 2 of a cultural tourism project in Beijing.A BIM deepening team is formed to establish a BIM coordination platform and system for translation,and BIM technology is used to simulate electromechanical pipeline installation schemes under complex conditions;and BIM pipeline integrated technology is used Comprehensive design of single pipeline;application of 3D scanning technology for on-site construction quality and accuracy verification,greatly improving design and construction efficiency,saving construction period and materials,and ensuring the realization of acoustic and optical effects.
