窄柱脚变截面格构柱大跨度屋面提升施工技术

摘要 北京某大型文旅项目大跨度屋面提升施工中,根据窄柱脚变截面格构柱钢桁架屋面的特点研究其整体提升的可行性,利用组合柱设置双平衡提升器,提升单元在地面整体完成拼装后一次性提升到设计位置,省去了大量支撑搭设,解决了场地狭小问题,节省了施工搭施费用,提高了施工效率。 In the large-span roof lifting construction of a large-scale cultural tourism project in Beijing,the feasibility of the overall lifting was studied according to the characteristics of the narrow column base and variable cross-section lattice column steel folding frame roof.The combined column was used to set up double-balanced lifters,and the lifting unit was integrated on the ground.After the assembly is completed,it is lifted to the design position at one time,eliminating a lot of support and erection,solving the problem of narrow site,saving construction costs and improving construction efficiency.
