摘要
充分利用地铁车辆基地运用库上部空间可有效提高城市土地利用率。在实际工程中,这类建筑通常会用到带转换层的结构,这种结构存在竖向构件不连续、扭转不规则、刚度突变等多项不规则。采用MIDAS-GEN有限元分析软件对某实际厚板转换层高层建筑建立多尺度有限元计算模型,并采用等效线性化方法进行设防烈度和预估的罕遇地震作用下的抗震,性能分析,结果表明设防烈度及在罕遇地震作用下厚板转换层及其下部关键构件的混凝土抗压强度均可满足,但抗拉强度均不满足,应进行抗拉配筋设计,为此采用应力配筋方法对厚板转换层进行了“中震弹性和大震不屈服”设计。
Development of the upper space above the metro is an effective means to improve the utilization efficiency of the urban land.In actual engineering,the structure with transfer storey is widely used.There are some irregular characteristics in design of this structure,including vertical component discontinuous,torsional irregularity,abrupt change in stiffness and so on.Multi-scale finite element model of an actual high-rise building with transfer storey was built by using MIDAS/GEN software,and adopted the equivalent linearization method to study the seismic performance of this building under moderate earthquake and rare earthquake.The results show that the concrete compressive strength of the thick slab transfer floor and its key components under moderate earthquake and rare earthquake could both be satisfied,while the tensile strength not satisfied.Tensile reinforcement design should be carried out.Finally,the method of placing steel bars in according with the stress diagrams was used to design the thick plate transfer story,to meet"moderate earthquake elasticity and large earthquake non yielding"demands.
