摘要
某老式住宅楼出现不均匀沉降现象,结合原有图纸、现场勘察及实际施工情况等资料,分析沉降原因并提出加固处理对策。采用微型桩+对拉地梁方式进行沉降区域的地基基础加固处理,分析加固前后应力变化。加固完成后进行定点监测,以达到限制沉降的目的。
The uneven settlement of an old-fashioned residential building,combined with the original drawings,site survey and actual construction conditions,find out the cause of settlement and propose countermeasures for reinforcement.Use micro pile+ground beam to reinforce the foundation in settlement area and analyze the stress changes before and after reinforcement.After the reinforcement is completed,fixed-point monitoring is implemented to eventually achieve the purpose of limiting settlement.
