箱涵下穿顶进施工安全风险研究 被引量:1

摘要 分析箱涵下穿顶进施工的风险源和风险因素,利用层次分析法构建施工风险影响指标体系。计算分析结果表明,箱涵下穿顶进施工的主要风险因素指标前6项为列车荷载、铁路便梁加固、土体条件、施工监测、箱涵、钻孔桩和盖梁,其累积值达0.762.基于层次分析法结果,应用ABAQUS软件对主要风险因素即有无列车荷载情况下进行数值模拟分析,模拟结果显示便梁的沉降最大值均发生在便梁的中心部位,建议施工中对该处进行重点监控。 The risk sources and risk factors of the under-construction jacking construction of the box culvert were analyzed,the analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the construction risk impact indicator system.The results of calculation and analysis show that the first 6 items of main risk factors for box culvert construction are train load,railway temporary beam reinforcement,soil condition,construction monitoring,box culvert,bored pile and cap beam.The cumulative value of these six risk indicators is 0.762.Based on the results of the analytic hierarchy process,ABAQUS software was used to carry out numerical simulation analysis of the main risk factors with or without train load,The simulation results show that the maximum settlement of the beam occurs in the center of the beam.It is recommended that key monitoring should be carried out during construction.
