摘要
以济南某高层剪力墙结构施工至10层时发现2层混凝土远低于设计值,经对比确定采用免支撑置换混凝土方法进行加固。先通过结构计算结果确定墙体分段置换方案,再采用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟置换施工阶段及置换完成后的后续施工过程。随机取2层具有代表性的⑪/B-E轴间剪力墙为例进行监测,结果表明监测点应变大小与理论模拟值吻合良好,满足施工安全要求。
Taking a high-rise shear wall structure in Jinan as an example,the paper found that the concrete of the second floor was far lower than the design value after construction to the tenth floor of the structure.After comparison,the method of replacing concrete without support was determined for reinforcement.Firstly,the replacement scheme of the wall is determined by the structural calculation results,then the ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the replacement construction stage and the subsequent construction process after the replacement,and the representative 11/B-E-axis shear wall on the second floor is randomly selected as an example to monitor it,and the strain size of the monitoring point is in good agreement with the theoretical simulation value,meeting the safety requirements of the project construction.
