福沙匹坦预防含顺铂化疗引起恶心呕吐的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and safety of fosaprepitant in patient with nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy

目的:分析福沙匹坦减轻含顺铂化疗所致恶心呕吐(CINV)的疗效及安全性。方法:将62例接受含顺铂化疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用福沙匹坦与帕洛诺司琼、地塞米松三药联合止吐,对照组仅使用帕洛诺司琼联合地塞米松止吐,观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组患者的恶心控制率为87.1%,优于对照组的48.4%(P=0.006)。观察组患者的急性期和延迟期呕吐的完全缓解率分别为80.6%和77.4%,优于对照组的58.1%和54.8%(P值分别为0.025、0.030)。两组的不良反应主要是疲乏、腹泻、便秘、失眠、眩晕以及注射部位的局部疼痛等,均为轻度。结论:福沙匹坦对含顺铂化疗所致恶心呕吐具有明显的预防作用,且不良反应轻微、可耐受,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of fosaprepitant in reducing chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.Methods:62 patients of cancer patients who received chemotherapy of cisplatin contained regimen were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with fosaprepitant and palonosetron combined with dexamethasone.The control group was treated with palonosetron and dexamethasone.The effect and adverse reaction of two groups on preventing nausea and vomiting were observed.Results:The control rate of nausea in observation group was 87.1%,which was better than that in control group 48.4%(P<0.05).The complete remission rate of acute and delayed vomiting in the observation group was 80.6% and 77.4%,respectively,which was better than 58.1% and 54.8% in the control group(P<0.05).The main adverse reactions in the two groups were fatigue,diarrhea,constipation,insomnia,vertigo,local pain at the injection site and so on,all of which were mild.Conclusion:Fosaprepitant has obvious preventive effect on nausea and vomiting caused by cisplatin-containing chemotherapy,and the adverse reaction is mild and tolerable,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
