强的松联合美洛昔康对急性痛风患者WBC CRP 指标的影响及临床疗效分析

Effect of Prednisone combined with Meloxicam on WBC and CRP in patients with acute gout

目的分析急性痛风患者应用强的松联合美洛昔康片治疗的临床疗效及对白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法择取2017年6月—2019年6月间在茂名市电白区人民医院进行治疗的急性痛风患者共100例,使用随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组。对照组应用美洛昔康治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合强的松进行治疗,对比2组患者临床治疗效果,WBC、CRP变化以及不良反应发生率。结果2组患者经过治疗后WBC、CRP均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论急性痛风患者应用强的松联合美洛昔康治疗具有显著效果,可降低WBC及CRP水平,提高治疗总有效率,且具有较高的安全性,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of prednisone combined with meloxicam tablets on WBC and CRP in patients with acute gout.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute gout who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research and analysis objects.All patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number method.The control group was treated with meloxicam,and the observation group was treated with prednisone on the basis of the control group treatment.The changes of WBC and CRP indexes and clinical effects of the two groups were compared The effect of bed treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results after treatment,the WBC and CRP indexes of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of total effective rate,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.At the same time,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05)Security.Conclusion Prednisone combined with meloxicam in the treatment of patients with acute gout has a significant effect,significantly reduce the level of WBC and CRP,and improve the total effective rate of patients,without obvious adverse reactions,with high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
