物理治疗蒸发过强型干眼的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of physical therapy on evaporative dry eye

目的探讨物理治疗蒸发过强型干眼的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年2月—2020年5月就诊于赣州启明星眼科医院的65例蒸发过强型干眼患者的临床资料,将32例采用物理治疗联合人工泪液滴眼液治疗的患者纳入观察组,33例采用人工泪液滴眼液治疗的患者纳入对照组,均治疗1个月。比较2组临床疗效、泪膜破裂时间及睑板腺形态。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高,且泪膜破裂时间较对照组长,睑板腺形态评分较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒸发过强型干眼采用物理治疗可提高治疗效果,缓解干眼症病情,延长泪膜破裂时间,不同程度地恢复睑板腺形态及功能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of physical therapy on evaporative dry eye.Methods The clinical data of 65 patients with evaporative dry eye treated in our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The data of 32 patients treated with physical therapy combined with artificial tear eye drops were included in the observation group.The data of 33 patients treated with artificial tear eye drops were included in the control group,and they were all treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,breakup time of tear film and meibomian gland morphology were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the breakup time of tear film was longer than the control group,the meibomian gland morphology scores were lower than the control group,the difference was significant statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of physical therapy for evaporative dry eye can improve the treatment effect,relieve the condition of dry eye,prolong the breakup time of tear film,and recover the shape and function of the meibomian gland to different degrees,which is worthy of promotion.
