三七丹参生物学作用及医学研究现状

Biological function and medical research status of Sanqi Salvia miltiorrhiza

三七和丹参是中医常用药物,也是我国珍贵的传统中药材,在《本草纲目》中便有记载。二者均具有活血祛瘀的功效,配伍后药效协同,长期服用有预防和治疗冠心病、心绞痛的作用。近年来,对于三七丹参化学成分及药理作用的研究越来越多,含有三七丹参的制剂也多种多样,如固体分散体和应用缓控释技术的胶囊等。本文通过对三七丹参相关文献的研究,从化学成分、生物学作用及研究现状三个方面进行了总结和分析,以期为三七丹参的进一步研究与开发提供参考。

Panax notoginseng and Salviamiltiorrhiza are commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine.They are also precious traditional Chinese medicine in China.They are recorded in compendiumof Materia Medica.Both of them have the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.After compatibility,they have the synergistic effect.Long-termadministration has the effect of preventing and treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.In recent years,there are more and more researches on the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Sanqi Danshen,and there are many kinds of preparations containing Sanqi Danshen,such as solid dispersion and capsules with slow and controlled release technology.In this paper,through the study of the related literature of Sanqi Salvia miltiorrhiza,the chemical composition,biological function and research status of Sanqi Salvia miltiorrhiza were summarized and analyzed,in order to provide reference for the further research and development of Sanqi Salvia miltiorrhiza.
