摘要
食品安全问题越来越受到广大群众关注,其中食品的金属检测是最常见的一类。目前食品包装和食品本身产品效应的干扰下的金属检测技术是食品金属检测的研究热点。文章分析了电磁检测原理和频率对检测灵敏度的影响,设计了双频金属检测系统,搭建了设备进行实验,验证了检测的可行性。最后使用检测样品对检测系统进行测试,实现了较高精度的镀铝膜包装的食品的金属检测功能。
Food safety issues have attracted more and more attention from the general public,and metal detection in food is the most common category. At present,the metal detection technology under the interference of food packaging and the product effect of the food itself is the research focus of food metal detection. The article analyzes the electromagnetic detection principle and the influence of frequency on detection sensitivity,designs a dual-frequency metal detection system,sets up equipment for experiments,and verifies the feasibility of detection. Finally,the detection system is tested with the detection sample,which realizes the metal detection function of the food packaged with aluminized film with higher precision.
