摘要
根据拉线位移传感器的基本原理和JJF1305-2011《线位移传感器校准规范》,本文研制了基于双频激光干涉仪的专用校准装置,提出了相应的校准方法,实现了此类传感器的量值溯源,并对其示值误差进行了相应的测量不确定度评定。研究结果表明,该校准装置操作简单、精度高、稳定性好,能满足常见拉线位移传感器量值溯源的需求。
According to the basic principle of the cable displacement sensor and the JJF 1305-2011 " Calibration Specification for Linear Displacement Sensors",this paper has developed a special calibration device based on the dual-frequency laser interferometer,the corresponding calibration method is proposed to realize the traceability of such sensors,and the corresponding measurement uncertainty is evaluated for its indication error. The research results show that the calibration device has simple operation,high accuracy and good stability,it can meet the demand for traceability of common cable displacement sensors.
