摘要
准确测定石墨烯粉体电导率是石墨烯研究、开发和应用中的核心问题。通过我们的实验研究,得出结论:利用动态四探针法测定电导率-压实密度的关系曲线可以反映石墨烯的本征电学特性,并适用于宏观各向同性的多种石墨烯粉体。
Accurate determination of the conductivity of graphene powder is an important scientific issue in the research,development and application of graphene. From our experimental research,it is concluded that the curve of the conductivity vs. the compressed density which was measured by the dynamical four-probe method,can reflects the intrinsic electrical property of graphene,and it is suitable for many kinds of graphene powder with macroscopic isotropy.
