摘要 符合性评定是依据系统规则来评判被测量满足技术指标要求的程度。但在实际测试中存在测量结果及其测量不确定度区间非常接近甚至包含了指标“规范限”的情况,使得根据测量结果信息无法做出决策评定。为此本文提出新的符合性评定“两步法”,给出了基于测量值及其测量不确定度的符合性评定规则,解决通常符合性评定中一步测试往往无法得出确切结果的问题。分析应用表明,新方法在得出测量结果是否满足指标要求的同时,可有效降低做出错误判定的风险。 Compliance testing is the systematic examination of the extent to which an entity conforms to a specified criterion. But,in some cases,the uncertainty interval encompasses or close to the specification limiting value,so knowledge of the measurement result does not enable any decision making. In this paper,a two-stage procedure is suggested,the decision rule was presented for the conformity or non-conformity with given specifications based on the measurement result and measurement uncertainty,the method especially appropriate when a cheap and fast screening method can be used in the first stage. Analysis application shows that the smart compliance assessment method can ensure that requirements of the specification or regulation are met and reduction risk probability of making a wrong decision.
