电子水泵多嵌件壳体自动化制造工艺研究

摘要 针对电子水泵多嵌件壳体制造过程中自动化程度低、嵌件抓取困难等问题,对生产流程进行详细分析,提出一种多嵌件复合组冲工艺,并综合考虑生产现场布局及嵌件结构特点,对多嵌件壳体制造方法进行研究,分析了上下料机器人的工作空间,并进一步应用SolidWorks软件对多功能手爪、嵌件冲断装置等工艺设备进行结构设计。通过试验对比发现:采用此工艺后,电子水泵多嵌件壳体的加工时间缩短了21%,节省了人工,大幅提高了生产效率。 Aiming at the problems of low automation and difficult grasping of the embedded parts in the manufacturing process of electronic water pump multi⁃insert housing,the production process was analyzed in detail,and a multi⁃insert composite combined thrust process was proposed.Considering the characteristics of production site layout and insert structure,the manufacturing method of multi⁃insert housing was studied,and the working space of the loading and unloading robot was analyzed.And SolidWorks software was applied to make structural design of multi⁃function hand claws,insert punching devices and other process equipment.Through the ex⁃perimental comparison,it is found that the processing time of the multi⁃insert housing of the electronic water pump is reduced by 21%after adopting the proposed technology,by which labor is saved and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
