摘要
研究发现天然化合物I3C对癌症治疗很有帮助。在此,将I3C抑制PTEN泛素化降解过程加入p53网络,研究I3C在DNA损伤反应网络中如何促进细胞凋亡机制。通过数值模拟,发现I3C对细胞凋亡的促进作用存在特定阈值,这一机制可能是一种有效可靠的控制模式,模拟电离辐射下I3C调控细胞凋亡情况,发现在低于阈值时,细胞对I3C更为敏感,强调了I3C调控细胞凋亡在DNA损伤反应中的重要性。
Some studies have found that natural compound I3C is very useful in cancer treatment.In this paper,we propose an integrated p53 network model including I3C,which inhibit the ubiquitin degradation of the PTEN.Through numerical simulation,we find that there is a specific threshold in the promotion of apoptosis by I3C.We simulate the regulation of cell line apoptosis by I3C under different ionizing radiation dose.The results show that,when I3C level is below the threshold and under DNA stress,cells number of apoptosis are more sensitive to I3C.The importance of I3C regulating apoptosis in DNA damage response is emphasized.
