摘要
生物多样性本底调查是生物多样性保护与管理的基础,其空间样点设置方法直接关系到调查数据的质量。提供了一种基于空间信息技术的区域生物多样性调查的空间样点设置方法,该方法抽样的空间样点既能覆盖区域不同生态系统类型、重要物种分布区,又能以较低的抽样密度发现相对丰富的物种信息。以青海省祁连山区为例,该方法选取约6.77%的标准网格作为抽样调查空间位点,调查获取的物种信息较2009年的统计信息高出10%-125%,有效地提升了调查效率和生物多样性数据的全面性。
Biodiversity investigation is the essential base for biodiversity conservation,and the spatial sample set would impact the investigating results directly.A spatial sampling method based on spatial information technology for regional biodiversity survey was proposed in this study.The spatial sample points sampled by this method can cover different ecosystem types and distribution areas of important species,as well as obtain relatively more species information with low sampling density.Taking Qilian mountain area of Qinghai Province as an example,about 6.77% standard grid were selected as the spatial sites of sampling survey in this method,and the species information obtained by the survey was 10%-125% higher than that in 2009,which effectively improved the investigation efficiency and the comprehensiveness of biodiversity data.
