塑料是一种高分子聚合物,因其具有质轻、耐用、防水等特性广泛使用于食品包装与其他领域,因此在各类案件现场经常能够提取到塑料物证。目前检验塑料物证的方法很多,常用方法有感官法、着色法、燃烧法、光谱法、质谱法等。了解食品塑料包装材料的种类并进行检验分析,对食品安全检验和侦查破案具有一定的指导意义。

Plastic is a kind of high molecular polymer,which is widely used in food packaging and other fields because of its light weight,durability,waterproof and other characteristics.Therefore,plastic material evidence can be extracted from the scene of various cases.At present,there are many methods to test plastic evidence,such as sensory method,coloring meth⁃od,combustion method,spectrum method,mass spectrometry method and so on.To understand the types of food plastic packaging materials and carry out inspection and analysis has a certain guiding significance for food safety inspection and investigation.
