摘要 重点研究了在PE蜡包覆的条件下,同等粒径、不同径厚比的片状铝粉在PP和ABS中应用的效果,从片状铝粉径厚比的角度去探索其对效果的影响。 In recent years,metallic aluminium pigment is more popular in the application of free of spraying materials.Metallic pigments are increasingly used in home appliances and car products,it presents a dynamic effect of flowery,flickering and different colors angles,which greatly improves the graded value of the products.Different manufacturers have their own characteristics,and it is difficult to replace each other in all resins.The difference in effect is mainly caused by factors such as the ratio of diameter to thickness of aluminium sheet,the smoothness of the edge,the flatness of aluminium sheet and process additives.This paper focuses on the effect of aluminiun powder with the same particle size and different diameter-thickness ratio applied in PP and ABS under the conditions of PE wax coating,and explores the effect of aluminiun powder from the perspective of diameter-thickness ratio.
