软化+微滤膜工艺处理填埋场渗滤液的中试研究

摘要 以阜阳市某生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液为研究对象,针对渗滤液高硬度、低碱度的特点,考查软化+微滤膜中试工艺对填埋场总硬度的处理效能,分析微滤膜运行参数对膜通量和产水流量的影响。中试结果表明:软化+微滤膜工艺可有效去除水源中钙镁离子污染问题,控制软化装置的反应池pH在11.5,总硬度(以CaCO_(3)计)的去除率在94%以上,出水总硬度(以CaCO_(3)计)稳定<100 mg/L。软化微滤工艺对渗滤液中COD的平均去除率为16.2%。单支微滤膜正常运行,反洗频率30 min时,可将膜通量恢复至初始通量的90%以上。由中试可知,微滤膜具有良好的抗污染性能,在进膜污泥浓度为4.97 g/L及以上时,初始膜通量仍能保持较高值。 Taking the leachate of a domestic waste landfill in Fuyang as the research object,according to the characteristics of high hardness and low alkalinity of the leachate,the effectiveness of the softening+microfiltration membrane pilot pro⁃cess on the total hardness of the landfill was investigated,and the microfiltration membrane was analyzed.The effect of oper⁃ating parameters on membrane flux and water production flow.The results of the pilot test show that the softening+microfil⁃tration membrane process can effectively remove the calcium and magnesium ion pollution in the water source.The pH of the reaction tank of the softening device is controlled at 11.5,the removal rate of the total hardness(calculated as CaCO_(3))is above 94%,and the total hardness of the effluent(Calculated by CaCO_(3))Stable<100 mg/L.The average removal rate of COD in leachate by the softening microfiltration process is 16.2%.A single microfiltration membrane operates normally.When the backwash frequency is 30 minutes,the membrane flux can be restored to more than 90%of the initial flux.From the pilot test,it can be seen that the microfiltration membrane has good anti-fouling performance,and the initial membrane flux can still maintain a high value when the sludge concentration of the feed membrane is 4.97 g/L and above.
