“三废”混燃炉资源综合利用技术

摘要 研究了"三废"混燃炉对化工企业生产过程中产生的吹风气、驰放气、脱碳尾气、炉渣和造气细灰等"三废"综合利用技术,重点讨论了"三废"混燃炉的工艺参数及环保措施。结果表明,对"三废"资源的综合利用,不仅可以减少企业污染物排放量,推动治理环境污染,而且可以带来可观的经济效益,提升企业的核心竞争力。 This paper studies the comprehensive utilization technology of"three wastes"mixed combustion furnace to the three wastes produced in the production process of chemical enterprises,such as blowing air,purge gas,decarbonization tail gas,slag and fine ash of gas making.The process parameters and environmental protection measures of the"three wastes"mixed combustion furnace are mainly discussed.The results show that the comprehensive utilization of the three wastes re⁃sources can not only reduce the pollutant emissions of enterprises,but also promote the control of environmental pollution and it can bring considerable economic benefits,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
