摘要
环流曝气双段式渗滤液处理工艺主要由环流生化段和膜深度处理段组成。环流生化段主要为两级A/O,其中硝化是由高效环流生化反应单元构成;膜深度处理段主要由超滤、纳滤、反渗透的一种或者几种工艺组合而成。该工艺处理效果好,抗冲击负荷强,出水能稳定达标排放。该工艺形成产品化后可采用方便运输的成品钢结构罐体、集成模块化的设备、撬装式系统,到达项目现场就位后,各系统外部管道连接好就可以进行调试运行,安装方便,施工周期短。
Circulating aeration two-stage leachate treatment process is mainly composed of circulation biochemical section and membrane advanced treatment section.The circulation biochemical section is mainly composed of two-stage A/O,where nitrification is composed of high-efficiency circulation biochemical reaction units,the membrane advanced treatment section is mainly composed of one or a combination of ultrafiltration,nanofiltration and reverse osmosis processes.The pro⁃cess has good treatment effect,strong impact resistance.It can use finished steel structure tanks,integrated modular equip⁃ment,and skid-mounted systems that are convenient for transportation.The system is easy and fast to install,and the con⁃struction period is short.
