高职院校基于全日制社会人员人才培养模式研究

摘要 通过对社会人员基本情况的统计分析,其与全日制普高入学的学生具有理论基础、学习时间和实践基础不一等特点,借鉴普高生的人才培养模式,对全日制社会人员人才培养模式进行改革:一是课程内容改革,减少公共基础和专业拓展课程,增加专业技术和综合实践课程的比重;二是制定弹性学制,灵活授课,采用集中教学与送教上门、线上线下、理论教学和实践教学相结合等多种形式;三是采用口头型、开放型、操作型、合作型和闭卷型考试并行,突出技能考核,建立理实一体的课程学习评价体系;四是管理制度和评估方式的改革。通过改革,为今后全日制社会人员人才培养模式研究提供理论支撑。 Through the statistical analysis of the basic situation of social personnel,they have different theoretical basis,learning time and practical basis with full-time students of general high school.Learning from the talent training mode of general high school students,the full-time social personnel training mode is reformed.First,curriculum content re⁃form,reduce public foundation and professional expansion courses,increase professional technology and comprehensive the proportion of practical courses.The second is to formulate flexible educational system and flexible teaching,which combines centralized teaching with door-to-door teaching,online and offline,theoretical teaching and practical teach⁃ing.The third is to adopt oral,open,operational,cooperative and closed book examinations in parallel,highlight skills assessment,and establish a theoretical and practical integrated curriculum learning evaluation system.Fourth,manage⁃ment system and evaluation through the reform,it can provide theoretical support for the future research of full-time so⁃cial personnel training mode.
