This Paper Discusses the Development Strategy of China’s Application-oriented City University from the Perspective of Management

从管理学的角度探讨性地提出在高等教育行业竞争中,走补缺者的发展道路,是应用型城市大学实现跨越式发展的可借鉴的战略选择。通过实施优势学科细分专业的应用型办学策略,在服务城市、升华自身办学特色的过程中,增强竞争实力,实现创新发展。从寻找补缺基点入手,在优化院系结构、学科特色建设、人才培养提质、学校社会融合发展等方面,给出相应的补缺策略。

from the perspective of management,this paper puts forward the development strategy of"fill the gap"in the competition of higher education industry,which is a strategic choice for application-oriented City universities to achieve leapfrog development. Through the implementation of the strategy of application-oriented school running,we can enhance our competitive strength and achieve innovative development in the process of serving the city and sublimating our own school running characteristics. Starting from the search for the basis point,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies in the aspects of optimizing the structure of colleges and departments,the construction of discipline characteristics,the improvement of talent cultivation and the development of school social integration.
