摘要
目的:探讨表皮生长因子基因多态性及环境因素与肾癌易感性的关系。方法:采用病例对照研究的方法,选择内蒙古医科大学附属医院和内蒙古自治区人民医院新确诊的67例肾癌患者为病例组,选择同期这两家医院体检的健康个体67例为对照组。采用统一调查问卷,对研究对象进行问卷调查,多聚酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术用于基因分型,分析基因型及等位基因的分布频率。采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归法进行统计分析,分析EGF基因多态性及环境因素与肾癌易感性的关系。结果:两组人群的基因型频率及等位基因频率分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同基因型的人群发生肾癌的风险差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以肉食为主和食用动物油是肾癌发生的危险因素,文化程度与肾癌的发生有关。结论:本次研究结果尚不能认为EGF基因G61A位点多态性与肾癌的遗传易感性相关。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between epidermal growth factor(EGF)polymorphism and environmental factors and the susceptibility to renal cell carcinoma(RCC).Methods:Using the case-control study method,a total of 67 patients with newly diagnosed RCC as case group were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University and Inner Mongolia People's Hospital.The control group included 67 healthy individuals who had undergone physical examinations at the same hospitals.The patients in the case group and the control group were investigated with a unified questionnaire.The genotype of EGF G61A was detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP),and the distribution frequency of genotype and allele was analyzed.Single factor and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between EGF polymorphism and environmental factors and the susceptibility to RCC.Results:The distribution of genotype frequency and allele frequency in case group and control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the risk of RCC between different genotypes(P>0.05).Meat-based diet and animal oil consumption were risk factors for RCC,and education level was related to RCC.Conclusion:This study does not suggest that the G61A polymorphism of the EGF gene is associated with genetic predisposition in RCC.
