基于益生菌治疗儿童抗生素相关性腹泻疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of antibiotic-related diarrhea in children based on probiotics

目的初步探讨双歧杆菌四联应用于0-3岁患儿抗生素相关性腹泻AAD的疗效。方法病例样本来自于2016年1月-2019年12月本院儿内科收入院治疗的60例抗生素相关性腹泻患者antibiotic associated diarrhea AAD。60例AAD病例,病例分组采用统计学随机数字表方法,分组依据:AAD常规药物对症治疗(补液、肠粘膜保护剂等),30例;干预治疗(对症+双歧杆菌),30例。结果本次研究观察指标:患儿疗效维度(症状、体格指征、病原学检查等、影像学检查等);患儿不良反应维度(肝功能指标、恶心呕吐等胃肠道反应、皮肤糠疹等)。双歧杆菌四联治疗患儿AAD的效果基于本次实验条件好于常规治疗对照组(χ^(2)=3.955,P<0.05),患儿症状、体格特征改善所需时间短于常规对照治疗组(F=13.323,P<0.05),干预治疗组患儿的不良反应发生概率小于常规对照治疗组(χ^(2)=6.45,P<0.05)。结论基于系统评估此次临床试验,双歧杆菌四联在治疗AAD儿童中获得较为满意的疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bifidobacterium tetralogy in the treatment of antibiotic associated diarrhea(AAD)in children aged 0-3 years.Methods The case samples were from 60 patients with antibiotic associated diarrhea AAD who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December-2019.60 cases of AAD were divided into three groups according to the statistical random number table method:30 cases were treated with aad conventional medicine(fluid infusion,intestinal mucosal protective agent,etc.),30 cases were treated with intervention(symptomatic+Bifidobacterium).Results The observation indexes of this study were:therapeutic effect dimension(symptom,physical indication,etiology examination,imaging examination,etc.),adverse reaction dimension(liver function index,nausea and vomiting,gastrointestinal reaction,skin pityriasis,etc.).The effect of Bifidobacterium quadruple therapy on children’s aad was based on that the experimental condition was better than that of the control group(χ^(2)=3.955,P<0.05),the time needed for the improvement of children’s symptoms and physical characteristics was shorter than that of the control group(F=13.323,P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(χ^(2)=6.45,P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the systematic evaluation of this clinical trial,Bifidobacterium quadruple has a satisfactory effect in the treatment of children with AAD.
