手术室舒适护理对甲状腺手术患者术后疼痛及不良情绪的影响

Effect of comfortable nursing in operating room on postoperative pain and bad mood of patients undergoing thyroid operation

目的探讨手术室舒适护理对甲状腺手术患者术后疼痛及不良情绪的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月520例于我院行甲状腺手术患者,按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,各260例。对照组常规护理,观察组实施手术室舒适护理。观察比较两组患者术后心理情绪,伤口疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果护理前两组心理情绪差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组疼痛程度比较有差异(P<0.05);观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组护理满意率为56.15%,观察组为87.69%,对照组低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论手术室舒适护理可有效缓解甲状腺手术患者术后不良心理情绪,减轻伤口疼痛程度,有助于病情康复,患者及其家属对其满意度更高,值得临床推荐。

Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing in operating room on postoperative pain and bad mood of patients undergoing thyroid operation.Methods 520 patients underwent thyroid surgery in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled,and divided into two groups,260 in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comfortable nursing.The postoperative psychological emotions,wound pain level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results SAS and SDS scores had no difference between groups before nursing,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Pain degrees had no difference between groups before nursing,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(56.15% vs 87.69%,P<0.05).Conclusion Application of operating room comfort nursing can effectively alleviate the postoperative adverse psychological emotions,reduce the wound pain level and promote the recovery for patients underwent thyroid surgery,with high nursing satisfaction degree.
