多学科协作护理模式对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Nursing on Neurological Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨多学科协作护理模式对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年4月-2019年4月我院收治的180例急性脑梗死患者,按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,各90例。对照组常规护理,观察组行多学科协同护理模式。观察比较两组患者神经功能,生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理前两组神经功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后对照组国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组满意率为56.67%,观察组为88.89%,对照组低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作护理模式能有效恢复急性脑梗死患者神经受损功能,进而改善其生活质量,对提高患者生命安全具有重要意义,且患者对该护理模式更满意,值得临床推荐使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on neurological function and quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 180 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled,and divided into two groups according to the admission order,each with 90 cases.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing.Neurological function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between groups.Results The scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) showed no difference between groups before nursing(P>0.05),which were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36) in observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(56.67% vs 88.89%,P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing can effectively and safely restore the neurological damage function of patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve their quality of life,with high nursing satisfaction degree,and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
